She makes sure yoga is always adapted, simple, efficient and safe, so everyone can take the most out of it. Prior to being a yoga teacher, Laurence was an HR professional for 20 years which gave her solid insight in the business world. After a master in Litterature and another in HR Management, she worked as an external consultant and internal HR Manager and Career Coach. She is a certified coach (International Coach Federation) and facilitated trainings, team buildings and management development activities. She has experience in the private as well as in the public sector. Laurence has been practicing yoga for over 15 years. As a teacher, she qualified at ETY, a renowned international school (500 hours) and is a member of a recognised yoga union in Belgium (ABEPY) and in Europe (EUY).
